The 48th Annual Meeting and Training Sessions of the Ontario Building Officials Association was held in Kitchener at the Four Points Sheraton from October 03rd to October 6th, 2004. The Conference was hosted by the City of Kitchener and Waterloo & Wellington District Chapter of the OBOA.
